Agriculture Cash Credit

Agriculture Cash Credit (ACC) is a type of short-term working capital loan extended to farmers and agricultural businesses. The primary objective of this credit facility is to provide continuous access to funds to meet the day-to-day needs of agricultural activities, including the procurement of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, and other operational costs related to farming and agribusiness.

The Agriculture Cash Credit (ACC) scheme is similar to the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) in that it offers flexible access to funds but is designed to meet the working capital requirements of individual farmers, joint borrowers, and agriculture-related businesses, including cooperatives and farmer groups. It is often used by farmers or businesses engaged in horticulture, dairy farming, poultry, fisheries, and other agricultural sectors.
