The Uttarakhand Gramin Bank has recorded a total business of ₹13,048.45 crore as on March 31, 2025. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our customers, stakeholders, and employees for their continuous support and cooperation. The Bank is providing seamless banking services to 20 lakh citizens of the state through its 290 branches and 624 Bank Mitras, while continuously increasing its customer base by keeping customer service as the top priority.
 
 
During the financial year 2024–25, the Bank has made remarkable progress in strengthening banking services, extending outreach to remote areas, and enhancing customer experience. The key highlights of our performance are as follows:
- A new branch was opened at Naugaon during the financial year 2024–25.
- The Bank registered an operating profit of ₹113.90 crore and a net profit of ₹78.11 crore.
- As on March 31, 2025, the Bank’s total business stood at ₹13,048.45 crore, reflecting a growth of 12.67%, comprising deposits of ₹8,470.50 crore (growth of 8.13%) and advances of ₹4,577.95 crore (growth of 22.16%).
- The Bank's total agricultural advances increased by 24.66%, reaching ₹695 crore during FY 2024–25.
- The MSME portfolio registered a growth of 36.96%, reaching ₹1,399 crore.
- A total of 12,636 Self Help Groups (SHGs) were credit-linked with loans amounting to ₹154.36 crore.
- The Gross NPA ratio declined from 4.14% as on March 31, 2024 to 3.25% as on March 31, 2025, reflecting improved asset quality.
- Under various social security schemes, the Bank achieved its annual targets and settled claims of ₹5.20 crore under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (260 beneficiaries) and ₹1.00 crore under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (50 beneficiaries).
- During FY 2024–25, a total of 10,20,879 transactions amounting to ₹351.23 crore were carried out through the Bank’s digital channels, reflecting an increase of 50% in transaction volume and 43% in value compared to the previous year (6,88,703 transactions worth ₹246.23 crore).
- The Bank established a Residential Training Centre, where 785 employees (600 officers and 185 office assistants) were trained during the year.
- The Bank adopted modern digital technologies to enhance customer experience, strengthen internal efficiencies, and ensure robust security systems.
- To promote team spirit, the Bank organized various employee engagement activities such as Wall of Fame (monthly recognition), cricket tournaments, Diwali and Holi celebrations, Women's Day events, and more.
- Several 'Community Connect' programs were conducted, including cultural events, workshops, and community meetings.
