Mobile Literacy Van is an innovative initiative designed to bring digital awareness and financial literacy to the doorstep of rural and underserved communities.
Equipped with internet-enabled devices, biometric tools, and interactive learning modules, the van serves as a mobile classroom that educates people on using smartphones, digital banking, AEPS, UPI, RuPay cards, and other government-led digital services.
By traveling to remote villages and towns, the Mobile Literacy Van empowers citizens with the knowledge and confidence to participate in India’s growing digital economy.

The UGB ATM Van, supported by NABARD under the Financial Inclusion Fund, delivers banking services, financial literacy, and digital awareness to remote villages, pilgrimage destinations, and tourist locations across Uttarakhand. Equipped with an ATM and audio-visual system, it promotes digital banking, social security schemes, and financial inclusion while ensuring convenient access to cash and banking services.
